  • We offer Taxi transfer services. In the event that it suits our schedule we will sometimes offer you a free upgrade to a higher vehicle specification.


    1. As we are not a street taxi our operating license prevents us from taking bookings at the time of arrival and in the street and you must book prior to arriving.

    2. Where a booking is made by telephone, e mail or fax the booking is subject to, and the client must accept these internet terms and conditions. No booking is deemed booked until you receive a CONFIRMATION e mail and you have replied acknowledging receipt it.

    3. Where two or more people are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to do so on the basis that he/she acts as an agent all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

    4. Where we book travel for you on services provided by operators other than ourselves we do so as agents for the operator concerned whose own conditions of carriage will apply and our liability will be confined to travel on our own services.

    5. The confirmation email is your booking reservation. This must be presented to the driver or representative for both the outward and return trip.

    6. The number of passengers, destination and pickup addresses on your confirmation e mail ticket are the passenger numbers & address to which you will be delivered and picked up. Should you wish to change these or any other details, this must be done in writing by e mail (aty747@aol.com ) or fax (00441924253410) at least 48 hours prior to the date of travel, the original confirmation ref number MUST be quoted. Any late modifications to a booking may be subject to an extra charge. You will be notified of this when you tell us if this is the case.

    7. Customers are entitled to cancel the reservation up to 7 days before arrival / departure without charge by email. Up to 48 hours before arrival or departure a 25% cancellation fee is payable and this will be invoiced to you. All transfers cancelled within 48 hours of arrival / departure are payable in full. An invoice for insurance purposes can be provided.


  • 8. Customers are limited to two items of luggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event of a client having excess luggage, we reserve the right to charge an excess baggage charge or refuse to transport the items.


  • 9. We reserve the right (and delegate to our drivers the absolute right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s). The driver’s decision is final and no refund will be given in this situation. our staff have the rigt to carry out their respective jobs without fear of verbal or phisical abuse, any passenger found doing so will be asked to desist and remove themselves from the vehicle or office, the transfer will be deemed to have been cancelled by the customer and subject to our terms of cancellation. In short we will give you the very best of services in return for your respect for our operatives.


  • 10. Passengers are not allowed to take onto our vehicles any alcoholic drinks for the purpose of consuming them, or to consume such drinks on our vehicles.


  • 11. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles at any time.It is also unlawfull in the UK to smoke in a taxi or private hire vehicle.

    12. We will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time and that it reaches its destination on time. However we will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond our control or for incorrect information given verbally,it is your resposibility to ensure the details are correct.


  • 13) Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under UK law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customers' property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to purchase & check their own travel insurance.


  • 14. We will endeavour to carry the passenger with the minimum delay, discomfort or inconvenience to his/her destination shown on the confirmation document. However circumstances beyond our control may on occasions prevent this. The following are examples of ( but not all ) circumstances which are beyond our control:
    • accidents causing delays to the vehicle
    • restricted vehicular access
    • exceptional or severe weather conditions
    • compliance with requests of the police or other authorities
    •Traffic accidents on the road
    • vandalism and terrorism
    • unforeseen traffic delays
    • industrial action by third parties
    • wrong information given to us by customers or their representatives
    • the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official other circumstances affecting passenger safety


  • 14. If we fail for any reason within our control to deliver its passengers to their confirmed destination, we will always on notification (0870 766 8294) provide suitable transport such as another coach, train, private car, taxi etc. Any reimbursement made by us for the costs of an alternative means of transport incurred by the passenger to get to their ticketed destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by a local taxi.


  • 15. We shall only be liable for any reasonable and foreseeable consequential losses arising directly out of a breach in contract.
